Our pre-purchase order conducts an on-site inspection of the Scheme, its operational compliance with the Caretaking Agreement, the administrative compliance with legislation and the requirements of the role of the Caretaker. Some items included for inspection and report:

– Audit of Scheme locking system, the management and storage of keys, ensuring authorised keys are being managed in accordance with the direction of the Committee.

Four-day Intensive Operations Course - The Ottro Management Rights Academy
Our Introduction to Management Rights Operations intensive four-day course is a foundational stepping stone for individuals aspiring to join the Management Rights industry in non-management positions such as Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
Throughout this intensive four-day course, participants will engage in a dynamic learning experience that encompasses:
Delivered by seasoned industry professionals, these sessions delve deep into the intricacies of Management Rights operations. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of role requirements, the complex web of stakeholders involved, and the mutual expectations between employers and employees.
As a critical skill for Front Office and Reservations staff, participants will receive an introduction to the industry’s leading reservations system. This system is widely employed in properties throughout Australia and New Zealand, making it an indispensable tool for efficient operations.
The course includes practical exposure to the inner workings of operational property situated across the vibrant Gold Coast. This unique hands-on experience will allow participants to explore various roles within the industry, fostering a well-rounded perspective.
Beyond the technical aspects, participants will develop essential skills in creating a professional resume, ensuring workplace health and safety, handling finances, managing strata relationships, and effectively interacting with key stakeholders.
