The Ottro team have extensive operations Experience in Management Rights which encompasses a wide array of property types, such as low rise, high rise, resort stye multi-scheme, amalgamations, property purchases, sales, developments, and off-the-plan properties.
We have attained authority in a spectrum of domains, including Strata Management, Workplace Health and Safety, Human Resources, Finance, Audit & Compliance, and Dispute Mediation, among many others.
In addition, we take pride in being the sole authors of a comprehensive training handbook that caters to all facets of the industry. This handbook meticulously prepares managers for the entire business lifecycle, starting from pre-purchase considerations and continuing through setup, day-to-day operations, property development, getting the business ready for sale, and various exit strategies.
Sue Fairweather
Experienced professional Leader, Mentor and Specialist in the Management Rights Industry. Leads a group of Hotels & Resorts in Qld, NSW and Fiji. Has owned, managed, acquired, sold and run Holiday & Permanent complexes in Queensland over the past 15 years. Experienced in working with all facets of Management Rights and sets the bar for excellence in the industry.
Stephen West
An industry veteran who has both owned and operated Management Rights. Overseeing the operations of numerous properties on the Gold Coast, along with roles as Asset Manager with Dreamtime Resorts and Strata Manager with Accor. He authored the ‘Professional Management Rights Handbook,’ and consults on matters of compliance, mediation, and workflow structuring.
