How CPD works in Queensland
CPD is an annual requirement for anyone holding a Queensland real estate licence or registration certificate.
Check your CPD year has started
CPD completed before your CPD year starts does not count. Your start date is on the Queensland Government CPD page.
Know which sessions you need
Each year you complete either two Type 1 sessions, or one Type 1 session and one Type 2 session. All three Ottro sessions are Type 2, so pair one with a Type 1 session. Validum run Type 1 sessions as well, listed on their Queensland CPD page.
